The Minervapark building features 30 residential units located close to the beach and the town center of the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen. You’ll find comfortable and individually furnished 2- to 3-room apartments ranging from 57 square meters – 73 square meters of living space, each with a fully equipped kitchenette, at least one bedroom, and some with an additional guest bathroom. Nearly all apartments offer free internet access. Some apartments are equipped with washing machines and dryers. An elevator, an on-site underground parking garage, and a shared bicycle storage room are available. The fine sandy beach with excellent swimming conditions is just 70 meters away.

The 2-room vacation apartment ?Minervapark 13? with a balcony is located on the 1st floor and has a living area of 57 square meters with carpeted floors. It can accommodate up to 3 people. For entertainment, a TV and stereo system are provided, and Wi-Fi is available free of charge. From the living/dining area, which features a pull-out sofa as a third sleeping option, you can step out onto the seasonally furnished west-facing balcony. There is also a dining table with seating for four in the living area. For self-catering, you’ll find everything you need to prepare your meals in the separate kitchen: a ceramic cooktop, oven, range hood, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, etc. You’ll enjoy comfortable nights in the separate bedroom with a double bed and a closet. The apartment includes a shower room with tiled flooring, a sink, a hair dryer, and a toilet. A crib and a high chair are available for small children. You can park your car in the building’s underground garage and easily take the elevator from there to the apartment floors. No smoking. No pets.
