A modern, well-equipped 3-room apartment with 2 separate bedrooms and a side view of the lake—perfect for a relaxing vacation <br><br>The bright, welcoming Apartment 9, with its side view of the lake, features 3 rooms (55 square meters) and can accommodate up to 5 people. The apartment is located on the 1st floor and features a covered corner balcony with comfortable lounge chairs, where you can enjoy the afternoon and evening sun. The apartment was completely renovated and refurnished this spring and fitted with high-quality vinyl design flooring.<br><br>The modern, open-concept living and dining area offers a fifth sleeping spot (120 x 200 cm) on a couch with a chaise longue and sleeper function. For entertainment, there is a new smart TV and a Blu-ray/DVD player with a small selection of feature films. The CD stereo system with radio also serves as a docking station with a charging function for iPad, iPhone, and iPod.<br><br>The new, high-quality kitchen features a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, a large dishwasher, and an oven with grill and microwave functions. A coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and enough dishes for 5 people are provided.<br><br>One bedroom features a comfortable double bed (180 x 200 cm), while the second bedroom has two single beds (90 x 200 cm) ready for you. Both bedrooms have large wardrobes.<br><br>The newly renovated, bright shower room features an extra-large mirror, a spacious shower area with a walk-in design, and a heated towel rack.<br><br>A free, private parking space is available in the underground garage (height 2.10 m). Please understand that smoking is not permitted and pets are not allowed.<br><br>The sandy beach is located across from the Dünenblick vacation complex (approx. 60 m). At Dünenblick, free Wi-Fi (subject to availability), bicycle storage, and coin-operated washers and dryers are available.<br><br>Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (not made up).<br><br><br>Resort:<br><br> The popular Dünenblick resort is located directly across from the beautiful, white Baltic Sea beach. The peaceful surroundings and proximity to the beach offer you the perfect setting for a relaxing vacation right on the Baltic Sea.<br><br>The entire resort has free Wi-Fi. Enjoy your breakfast on the balcony or the (rooftop) terrace of your apartment. Some vacation apartments overlooking the Baltic Sea offer a direct view of the ocean.<br><br>Coin-operated washers and a coin-operated dryer are available in the basement of the first building. You can store bicycles in the bike rack in front of the vacation complex.
