The Mala/02 vacation rental is a 4-room apartment that sleeps up to 6 people.

The 80 m² apartment spans two floors. You can access the apartment, located on the 1st floor, through a separate entrance. The hallway leads to the living room, which opens onto the balcony. The apartment also features three bedrooms, a bathroom, and a storage room with a coin-operated washer and dryer. The beach is about 250 m away.

On the lower level of the apartment is the living/dining area with a kitchenette. The living area features a cozy dining area for 6 people. Next to the dining area is the modern kitchenette with a dishwasher and oven. On the lower level, you’ll find a bedroom with a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and a large closet for your vacation wardrobe. From the hallway, you can access the shower room and the utility room with a coin-operated washer and dryer. The lower level is tiled throughout, except for the bedroom (which has laminate flooring).

The furnished south-facing balcony is accessible from the living area. For your entertainment, there is a flat-screen TV in the living room.
In the first bedroom on the top floor, you’ll find a sofa bed (160 x 200 cm), a closet for your vacation wardrobe, and a TV. The second bedroom, also on the top floor, features two single beds (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and a dresser for your personal belongings. A stair gate, a high chair, a baby monitor, and a travel crib with an extra mattress are provided. The entire attic is fitted with laminate flooring.

The Malaga vacation complex is centrally located on Kastanienallee and is only about 250 m from the beach. Right in front of the house, you’ll find a parking space and a bike shed. The beach toys available there (subject to availability) may be used by our guests.

Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (not made up).

The Malaga vacation complex is quietly located in the western part of Boltenhagen.

Are you looking for a place to vacation? Then our Malaga vacation complex is your ideal vacation spot. You’re only about 450 meters away from the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach and the wooden boardwalk. There are good shopping options in the immediate vicinity, and the town center is just a few minutes’ walk away. One of the vacation apartments even features a sauna (for a fee).

Free parking spaces are available in front of the building. Each vacation apartment has a separate shed for bicycles.


Vacation apartments in the Malaga Boltenhagen complex


Built in 2007, the Malaga vacation complex offers plenty of space for four to six people with a total of eight spacious units. Three of the apartments, with two or three rooms, are located on the first floor of the complex and offer relaxing hours in the sun as well as fresh Baltic Sea air on their own terraces. The fourth and largest apartment spans the top two floors of the complex and features a spacious, furnished balcony.

All vacation apartments at the Malaga resort on Kastanienallee feature Wi-Fi; pets are allowed in some units, and a travel crib and high chair are already provided for families with infants. Each apartment is individually and tastefully furnished.
