This detached chalet, situated on the riverbank in a wooded area, comprises two bedrooms, an open-plan kitchen/living room equipped with four electric hobs, a rotisserie, a refrigerator/freezer, a dishwasher, and satellite TV.

There is a separate bathroom and toilet.

Heating is provided by individual electric radiators, and hot water by a water heater.

Sleeping arrangements: one sofa bed, one bedroom with a double bed (140cm), and one bedroom with two bunk beds.

(The washing machine is available for use ONLY during the summer months and is located in the garage.)

The garage is not accessible by car.

There is a lovely southwest-facing terrace and a beautiful green space surrounding the chalet.

Pets are allowed.
