Located in a typical Cerdagne village with magnificent mountain views, this chalet offers cosy accommodation with balconies, a 200 m² garden and private parking. In the heart of the Catalan Pyrenees Natural Park, it's 6 km from the Font Romeu ski resort and golf course, 3.7 km from the Bolquere Pyrénées 2000 ski resort, and 14 km from the Les Angles ski resort.
The 100 m² apartment can accommodate up to 8 guests and comprises a 40 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, four bedrooms, a bathroom and a shower room. Wifi (fiber optics), bed linen and towels extra, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- Garage and laundry room.
1st floor:
- 40 m² living room with TV, sofa, armchairs and dining area (8 people) with wood-burning stove.
- Open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, raclette machine, Dolce Gusto pod coffee maker.
2nd floor:
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190).
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200), TV.
- Bathroom with shower.
- Separate WC.
3rd floor:
- Bedroom 3: master suite with queen-size bed (160×200) and open bathroom with bath and WC.
- Bedroom 4: two single beds.

Exterior:
- A beautiful south-facing individual garden of about 200 m².
- Two balconies, one on the 1st floor and the second on the 2nd floor with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, baby bed, ironing board and iron.

The chalet is ideally located in Bolquère, in a very pleasant environment in the heart of the village. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...
You will be 3.5 km from the Pyrénées 2000 resort and Font Romeu. Bolquère Pyrénées 2000 is one of the largest ski areas in the Pyrénées-Orientales. You will be able to benefit from all the essential shops, restaurants, bars, market...

You will also be 1h30 from Perpignan and Barcelona, close to the Spanish enclave of Llivia, and the town of Puigcerda.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the garage (1 vehicle) or on the private parking outside (2 vehicles).

- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, with an extra charge (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site).
- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.

- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- The stairs are slightly steep.
