Two-room apartment in the historic center in one of the most authentic and strategic areas of the city. The neighboring public transport makes it well connected to the main tourist attractions. Located on the third floor with elevator in an elegant, comfortable and bright environment, it has a small terrace with a view of the roofs of the historic center. The kitchen is complete with accessories, dishes, dishes and appliances: kettle, refrigerator and oven. The sleeping area consists of 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, and in the living area there is 1 sofa bed. The apartment is reserved for non-smokers and is equipped with wifi, television, washing machine and air conditioning. There is also a hairdryer, iron and ironing board, towels and night linen for the entire duration of your stay. The house remains completely at your disposal and every detail has been designed to welcome you in a clean and comfortable environment, whether you are traveling for work and need to work in smart working, or if you are passing through to visit the city. City Tax: 10.5 % per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 5 nights
For long-term stays (over 29 nights), at check-in it is required to sign a lease agreement and a services contract, and to have an Italian tax identification number (codice fiscale).
The tourist tax will be requested upon check-in. The amount varies according to the current regulations of the City of Bologna, up to a maximum of 7€ per night per person.
