The accommodation located on the second and last floor of a historic building is able to accommodate up to 2 people and is equipped with every comfort, as if you were at home: unlimited WiFi, air conditioning, heating, equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower. Ideal for families, friends or for a romantic getaway to discover one of the most characteristic cities of Italy!

*** This comfortable 36sqm apartment is located on the second floor of a period building with no lift, in an elegant setting right in the historic center, and all the main attractions are conveniently reachable on foot. The attic is enclosed in a single environment. The living area is tastefully furnished with a sofa, a desk and a fireplace. The sleeping area complete with double bed, bedside table and wardrobe. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a four-burner stove, oven, fridge, washing machine, kettle and a dining table. The bathroom has a shower, bidet and hairdryer. The floors of the house are in terracotta. Additional services available to guests: iron, ironing board and clothesline, heating, air conditioning and unlimited WiFi in each room. Nightwear and bath sets are provided for each guest and included in the price. On request it is possible to add a cot for children.

*** The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during the stay. We are available to guests for any requests and information. For any unforeseen or clarification we will be reachable by phone or by e-mail.

*** All the identity documents of the residents must be presented on arrival as required by Italian law. Late check in: - From 21:30 - 23:00 - Euro 25.00 - From 23:00 - 24:00 - Euro 30,00 - From 24:00 - until 01:30 - Euro 40,00 To be able to arrange your check in as best as possible, please inform us of your arrival time at our Key Holder in advance. SECURITY DEPOSIT AND CITY TAX. The security deposit, of 100 euros, will be collected in cash upon arrival and released at check out, subject to monitoring of the apartment.
The tourist tax will also be collected on arrival in cash and will be calculated based on the number of guests and the number of nights.
