"The aesthetics of this home are amazing! Owners have thoughtfully added quaint details to their decor that are really special. Lighting, plants, art- even little polished crystal stones in the glasses cabinet! The beds are very comfy and we loved being able to play our music on the Sonos system. The kitchen has everything you need. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. This is a great place for couples or friends. The Barn across the street has yummy drinks, casual atmosphere, dog friendly...

"We visited Harper’s Ferry just for a few days and Paul’s place was perfect for that. It was clean, comfortable, close to town, and close to trails. We had a wonderful time! Paul was very responsive and told us everything we needed to know. "

"Two couples ventured away for Fourth of July weekend. We had a great time staying at the house right next to Antietam Creek winery. Great location to travel the countryside and check out the river and some wineries nearby. Deck was wonderful and private and we spent most of our time outside, enjoying the view. Plenty of space for 4 adults and 3 pups. It was great having the deck gated off so we could just enjoy our time outside."

"We had a great stay at the Rusty Rose! It was decorated so beautifully and had everything we needed. We especially loved walking across the street in the morning for coffee and donuts at the little bakery in town. Would definitely stay here again!"

"This property was perfect for what we needed. We were attending a family wedding in Leesburg and this was close to the church. I loved that we could walk to the downtown area. The house is in a nice neighborhood. The backyard is beautiful and nicely landscaped. We used the hot tub which was wonderful after a long day!William was very quick to respond to any questions we had. Don’t hesitate to book your stay at this home."

"No need to look any further! Beautiful, clean,historic home in a perfect location. Close to wineries, breweries, Shenandoah River, hiking and only 45 minutes from DC. The host was very accommodating and friendly as well. We would highly recommend this home for you and your family. "

"The outdoor spaces exceeded my expectations of the property. There is ample space on the deck, the yard is enjoable with the views and firepit, and the front porch rocking chairs are relaxing with a cup of coffee and litening to the gentle rain.Young adults enjoyed the game room. My only suggestion would be to replace mattress in 1st floor bedroom, it sinks a little. That is a small inconvenience considering that everything else was lively and the kitchen was well supplied with cooking tools."

"The place was lovelyvery warm and inviting! We travelled to Harper’s Ferry and it was close to everything and in a safe neighborhood. Ray & Sam were very responsive as well. Would definitely recommend staying here."

"The River House was awesome. The location was amazing and my three boys really enjoyed fishing, swimming, and kayaking. The house is well appointed and has multiple decks overlooking the river. Definitely a place we would like to come back to."
