"Had to stand in front office for quite a long time before anyone arrived to get us checked in"

"The room was clean, and the air conditioner worked great. I was disappointed with the bath towels. They were thin, and there were only 2 towels for 2 people. Women need an extra towel for their hair. The first day of cleaning during our stay, Housekeeping left one clean towel and one of the towels we had used that morning. "I immediately contacted Expedia for a refund and got NO help. Don’t buy the insurance, it’s a joke. Baymont saved the day. Right next door. It was Horrible. The smell in the office was enough…and trust me I left and we to the store tried to convince myself and kids to just touch it out… but came back and the smell made me literally say idgad what the it cost were not staying here and literally booked a room in the parking lot. And the price difference was $20 for a COMPLETELY different...

"The property is very old, smell to much humidity, it doesn’t have any amenity. Expensive for what it is. "

"To its credit this property was right across the street from the beach. There was black mold in the shower grout , the hair dryer was covered in brown grime the chair had dirt and also dry mystery liquid spots and the door lock was missing.as well as a yellow stain on the white sheet. We couldn't sleep that night and went to reclaim the non disclosed $50 deposit as soon as the sun was up and get out of there. We would have slept better and felt cleaner in the car over night"

"We arrived at the location and the guy in the front said the system what down and it wouldn’t be up for hours or until 7am. we couldn’t get a refund because no one responded to our message we sent. I had to spend more money for a different hotel."
