"Kitchen was adequate. We didn’t use it very much because of all the excellent dining options nearby. The only negative was that there was not a Keurig K cup coffee maker. "Our family came to Galveston as a Christmas present to the kids instead of doing a bunch of gifts. The Mermaid Lookout more than exceeded our expectations. The pictures do not do it justice. Great view, clean, spacious and a quick walk to the pool, hot tub, and beach. The condo was well stocked and had everything we could need for our stay. We would definitely stay at the Mermaid Lookout again! 10/10 would recommend. "

"The view of the beach was gorgeous from the balcony, that is a sunrise to wake up to! The room was nice and clean, organized, cozy, perfect for us or a small family if you need the bunk beds. The host was so accommodating and helpful. The property is beautiful with so many things to do(and beautiful pools) but aging, though they maintain it well. Overall a wonderful weekend beach stay, I'm so glad we booked here! (Plus the price was very affordable!)"

"Clean and well set up. It does have, not just a coffee pot, but Keurig and French Press as well; wish we would have know that before we arrived, but it is also just around the corner from a Walmart. Lots of stairs and no elevator, so you’ll be able to work on your beach body, but that’s how you get the view! . Overall the condo worked out perfectly and the host was very responsive. "
