Family friendly home located in a quiet neighborhood near the heart of Meridian. Playground and large grassy area across the street is perfect for kids and dogs and even more fun is at Settler's park located .25 miles South. The home has a stocked kitchen and comfortable family room to enjoy. Just off the main living space is a second TV/game room featuring a sofa making it a perfect hang out for kids. Thoughtful touches in art and decor highlight the beauty of Idaho throughout the home.

Guests will have access to a two car garage and small but fully fenced backyard. Kid friendly amenities include plastic dishes/silverware, bath toys, movies, and games. Primary bedroom has an en suite bathroom and large walk-in closet. The other bedrooms have both closets and dressers for convenience.

Home is located in close proximity to numerous grocery stores, gas stations, fast food, and restaurants. A short few mile drive will get you to the Village shopping center that includes shops, restaurants, activities, and a park, or head just over the freeway to get to Roaring Springs water park or Wahooz Family Fun Zone for go carts, laser tag, mini golf, arcade games, bowling, and so much more! Eagle Island state park is also just a few miles away. If you're up for driving downtown there is so much to explore including Quinn's pond that has water sports rentals such as paddle boards and kayaks, floating the Boise River at Barbara Park, the zoo, art museum, Discovery Center, and numerous hikes and trails in the foothills. If sports are more your passion, minor league Boise Hawks Baseball or Steelheads Hockey make for an enjoyable evening. The owners of the home are avid golfers and have played every course in the valley so if you're interested in hitting the links they would be happy to make recommendations!

Guests are expected to read and be willing to honor House Rules. No gatherings/parties allowed, only booked guests can be there at any time (unless discussed/approved and any additional fees paid in advance). Additional security deposit may be required depending on pets and/or length of stay. Booking implies agreement to pay any fees/deposits and honor House Rules. Unsigned rental agreement means no entry. Pets must be discussed/approved and paid in advance - dog friendly only; no cats - maximum 2. To maintain the condition of the home the pet fee will be $60 for 1 pet and $120 for 2 pets. Failure to disclose a pet at this property before check-in could result in a $500 fine, immediate eviction with no refund and additional expenses may be charged. All bedrooms are on the second floor up one flight of stairs. No Smoking - minimum $250 fine.
