Main level living area has plenty of comfortable seating to relax and enjoy! Large windows bring in plenty of light and provides a comfy space for reading, playing a board game or enjoying a glass of wine



There is also a half bathroom on the main level for guest convenience.



Master bedroom located on the main floor features a KING size bed, comfortable mattress with clean & crisp linens. . There is a walk-in closet that provides plenty of space for guests to store personal items. Windows let in natural light and room darkening blinds provide privacy. Master bedroom features an attached bathroom with a shower and double vanity, with plenty of space for personal items. High quality towels and linens, shampoo, conditioner, basic essentials, paper products and hairdryer are provided for your convenience.



Upstairs open living area featuring comfortable sofa with toys and games for the whole family.



Three additional bedrooms on the 2nd Level:

King bedroom, Queen bedroom & Twin bedroom with a trundle pull out. All rooms are furnished with comfortable mattresses, clean & crisp linens, each room featuring its own unique style. There is also a closet space for hanging clothes and storing guests’ personal items.



Upstairs bath features a tub/shower combo, and high quality towels and linens. Shampoo, conditioner, basic essentials, paper products and hair dryer are provided for your convenience,



There is a full-size Washer & Dryer in laundry room, as well as iron and ironing board for guests to use.



Private fenced back yard with covered patio. Outdoor seating make for a relaxing evening on the patio and a propane BBQ to grill on. Enjoy a glass of wine or a cup of coffee in the private outdoor space either in the backyard or covered front patio.

FREE parking for (2) vehicles in driveway. FREE street parking DIRECTLY in front of home. The garage is NOT available for guest use.

Guests have access to the entire private home, driveway, & backyard. GARAGE is NOT included.

The Neighborhood:

The home is located in South Meridian just S of I-84. Close proximity to Roaring Springs waterpark, close to The Village Meridian outdoor shopping center with dining & entertainment options. 10-15 min to Boise & Eagle. 20 min to Nampa



The location of Meridian is one of the greatest things about this beautiful city. Meridian is nestled in the Treasure Valley of Southwest Idaho. The city is surrounded by agricultural lands to the west and mountains to the Northeast which makes it a scenic place for many families to call home. More so, the city is only a few miles away from the capital city of the state, Boise. Meridian is also close to the city of Nampa, which is a significant hub for economic activities around the area.



It is among the safest places to live, is affordable, offers four distinct seasons, and it’s just a fun place to settle down. Residents can sip coffee and shop at their favorite stores downtown, grab a bite at any of the area’s popular restaurants, hike local trails, kayak along the Payette River – the options are nearly endless.



Getting Around:

This neighborhood is car dependent — most errands require a car. There is a minimal amount of infrastructure for biking.

The property is centrally located in a residential neighborhood. Restaurants, groceries, shopping and entertainment are within 1-2 miles of the house. Transportation could be accomplished by Uber or other transportation, but a car is recommended.



Famous Idaho attractions are easy to access; Sun Valley approx. 1.5 hour drive, 1.5 hour drive to City of Rocks. 45 min to Hagerman.

Boise Airport (18 min.)



Outdoor enthusiasts can enjoy hiking, mtn biking, fishing, white water rafting, skiing and rock climbing all within 20-45 min of the home.



Other Things to Note:

~You may be required to provide a photo of your Drivers License or Government ID directly to the host. This is for the safety and security of both guests & property Owners, and will be requested at the discretion of Stay in My DIstrict.

~ No additional guests and visitors/guests that are not registered on the reservation booking are allowed to be on the property after 10pm.

~NO PETS of any kind

~ NO SMOKING anywhere on premises. This includes Outside. Smoking anywhere on the property will result in forfeiture of your entire deposit plus can result in additional fees up to $500 for smoke removal.

~ Housekeeping is required and provided every 15 days for an additional charge on all stays over 15 nights.

We are available by phone, text, email or in person. Otherwise, we give you plenty of privacy and access to digital key pad.
