Our retreat offers easy access to everything Boise has to offer. Downtown, Boise State, and the Boise River are just minutes away by car. Rideshares like Uber and Lyft are readily available, and nearby trails are perfect for walking or biking.

Other Things To Note:

-We comply with and exceed all COVID-19 Airbnb sanitizing regulations and take extra measures to sanitize ALL bedding (including pillows) with enhanced steam sanitation between each guest. All pillows and mattresses are enclosed in encasement protectors that have allergy defense fabric, bedbug and pet dander barrier, temperature-balancing, and antimicrobial features.

- No parties or non-registered guests
- Lock the house each time you leave the property.
- Quiet hours after 10pm.
- Please remove shoes inside.
- Use hot tub responsibly — no glassware in/around, and close lid after use.
- Please don’t hide stains or damage. The sooner we know about any issues, the better we can fix them for you and future guests.

Violation of these rules will result in a fine starting at $350, and cancellation of the booking.
