The newly remodeled kitchen is fully stocked and ready for everything from quick breakfasts to big family dinners. With a large island, new appliances, plenty of storage, and a formal dining area, there’s space for everyone to come together. The open layout makes cooking and gathering effortless.

Kick back in the cozy living room with a big sectional (that also doubles as a 4th bed!), a large TV for movies, shows, or sports, and a variety of games for fun nights in. Plenty of seating means no one is left out.

Step outside to your HUGE yard, complete with outdoor dining furniture—perfect for barbecues, evening drinks, or simply soaking up fresh air under the stars.

Primary Suite: Queen bed, full closet, walk-in shower, and a cozy design that feels like home.

Bedroom 2 & 3: Spacious rooms with queen beds, full closets, and reading lamps for a restful night.

Bathroom 2: Double sinks, shower/tub combo, stocked linens, and a hair dryer.

We’ve stocked the home with everything you need: fresh coffee, clean towels and linens, washer/dryer, baking and cooking tools, board games, cards, and more—so you can pack light and feel right at home.

Whether you’re gathering for a family trip, a friends’ getaway, or a peaceful escape, this home has everything you need for comfort, convenience, and connection.

We only have one TV, in hopes that our home will bring your group closer and encourage games, adventures, and conversations. There is no cable TV, but there are many apps that can be logged into. The garage door motor is currently not working.

Please note that for stays exceeding 29 nights, Idaho law requires that we must obtain a lease from you before hosting your stay.

Our company policy also dictates that stays exceeding 29 nights require an extra cleaning every 29 days. This will be billed at the cost of an additional cleaning fee. These extra cleanings help keep our home an enjoyable place for all renters and really help our cleaning crews at the time of checkout. Please keep these policies in mind if booking a long term stay.

Any unauthorized pet will be charged $250.

A late checkout fee of $30 will be charged after 15 minutes late. An additional $30 will be charged every 30 minute increment after that.
