Although the host company provided excellent communication after booking and up to the day of check in, the information we were given about entering the property included a code to a garage door panel that didn’t work and directions to look under a mat for a door key (which wasn’t there). The property was clean and good-sized, host left snacks and clear directions for staying. Unfortunately the accommodations just seemed “tired”. Beds were saggy, many lamps were missing light bulbs, there was an old broken hairdryer in the main bedroom and one of the garage door openers that was left for us did not work - nor did the garage door keypad which made getting in and out of the house less convenient. Despite the challenges, we figured out how to work around broken things, felt safe in the neighborhood, and thought the location of the property was ideal for us.
