The check-in process was easy! The code worked perfectly. The kitchen area was clean, but not very well stocked with utensils, pots, etc., and there were ants. The pool area was nice, but the hot tub is NOT working. The special parking area was either used by another car or blocked by construction trucks several times and additional parking is not clearly marked. FYI, if your car is towed, it costs minimum of 400:( Overall, a nice quiet spot to stay and we would definitely stay again.

Awesome location and SUPER responsive host. I needed a few items (hangers, etc) and they were quickly provided. One thing that I really appreciated was the amount of towels provided. It was wonderful to have a clean towel anytime I needed one, and since I used so many, I did a load of laundry before leaving, ha! The place was clean and the kitchen pretty well stocked. The only things I'd not for future guests is that this unit backs to the park for the complex. That means it has a lovely view, but also that you'll hear kids playing during daylight hours. It was never an issue for us, but be aware, there are kids just outside the patio door, in case you are looking for ultimate quiet. I was surprised that I heard NO barking, although I saw many dogs in the complex - it was a highlight for us to see the pets around :). Another note, the carpet is badly stained, but didn't smell, so they are using some sort of magic elixir to deal with what past rental-pets have done. Oh, another nice touch was extra fans in all the upstairs rooms, because it does get hot up there in July, but the provided fans solved that.

Spacious place, good location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Had a couple of issues early on but Stacey responded quickly and took care of everything. It’s a nice place and in a great location. We will definitely stay here again!

Comfort

We had everything we needed to be comfortable towels, beach towels, washer, dryer everything we need in the kitchen, including a crockpot which we didn’t use, but it was nice knowing it was there if we needed it. The the pool area and weight room were nice to have The neighbors were nice. There were fans for the upstairs bedrooms just because they were a little warmer than downstairs but comfortable to sleep every night. It’s a great experience. We would stay here again.

Worked great for us

This was a cozy condo unit. Parking was right out front. Location was excellent - Albertson's nearby, Dutch Bros nearby, and it was near to the Expo center which is why we came.

Perfect home base for a visit to the Boise area.

Location, amenities, and comfort level were 10/10. You absolutely can't beat the value of this rental if you are visiting the Boise/Meridian area and would like a multi-room/multi-bath place to stay. We enjoyed this property for 5 days and in that time we bounced from downtown Boise, over to Eagle, into Garden City, and through Nampa with each being no more than a 15 minute drive from this location in Meridian.The unit was quiet, comfortable, parking was super convenient, and the playground nearby was a huge hit with the kids, We'll most certainly be checking the availability of this unit when visiting the area in the future.

Better than we expected

We chose the location based on price and were delighted to find that it was less than a half mile from the family we were in town to visit. The space was large enough to accommodate all of our group, and with the kitchen, we were able to host a small lunch gathering of family on Sunday afternoon. Lots of shopping, restaurants, and a park nearby in Meridian. Close to downtown (15 minutes). Absolutely amazing deal for the location!

The Property and Stay Was As Advertised; Truly Fabulous!

I stayed at this property for nine days with my Black Lab while searching for a new house in the area. The property was centrally located around stores, eateries, strip malls and California Mexican (a 24 hour fast food restaurant) was literally steps away from the property which was very convenient. There is also a Starbucks within walking distance. The property was immaculate, modern and well equipped with furniture and fresh linens. The property had all the luxuries of home which made the stay much more pleasurable. The kitchen was fully stocked with plates, bowls, pot, pans and all the utensils to allow cooking any and all meals if desired. The washer and dryer were in excellent working order and there was a propane barbecue within a gazebo just outside the rear patio door. The property contained two TV’s (one in living-room and other in primary bedroom) and both had Direct TV with a wide array of channels and sports channels. This was definitely a highlight! I was amazed at the privacy of this two story unit and it was so peaceful and tranquil. I truly couldn’t believe how quiet it was during the sleeping hours and the HVAC system made it even more comfortable when the temps were in the teens. I had one minor issue and the hosts (Stacey and Lynette) were responsive in a matter of minutes and it was quickly resolved. My interaction with them was awesome and they showed genuine concern for my comfort and stay. Thank you!I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

30th Birthday celebration

Good location. Easily accessible and good parking. Lots of towels. Well equipped. Missed some coffee, but a shop within walking distance. Quiet location. Fit our needs very well. Thank you for a lovely extended weekend.

Affordable and Great Location

This was a great experience and great place. The townhouse is well located and clean. We stayed here for a vacation to the water park but there was also great stores right around and great places to eat! The only challenge I would share is the parking. There is a great dedicated spot right in front but if you have two vehicles you must find another spot. That was a bit of a challenge we ended up just driving around the complex for an extended period of time until a spot became available. Not a complaint just a bit of a challenge.
