Two adjacent modern homes, one reservation, and plenty of space for your entire group! Accommodating up to 20 guests, these beautifully maintained homes are ideal for family reunions, wedding groups, birthdays, holiday gatherings, traveling sports teams, and group getaways.

Located in central Meridian, you’ll be just minutes from The Village at Meridian, restaurants, shopping, entertainment, I-84, hospitals, and many of the Treasure Valley’s top attractions—with convenient access to Boise, Eagle, Nampa, Kuna, and the Boise Airport.

SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS (up to 20):

HOUSE 1 (sleeps up to 10)

Bedroom 1 (suite) – king bed, pack ’n play crib
Bedroom 2 – queen-over-queen bunk bed
Bedroom 3 – queen-over-queen bunk bed
Living Room – The home accommodates 8 guests in standard beds. For groups of 9–10, a self-inflating queen-size air mattress with bedding is available upon request for an additional $25 per night.

2 x KITCHENS:

In the comfort of these homes, you will find fully stocked kitchens with every necessity provided to make delicious home-cooked meals, including baking supplies. This includes an electric tea kettle, toaster, Keurig coffee machine, K-cups, utensils, cutting boards, mixing bowls, baking sheets and dishes, pots and pans, a full set of dinnerware, children’s dishes, kitchen towels, paper towels, cleaning supplies, and various spices.

2 x LIVING AREAS:

Large 65" Smart Roku TV in each living room with high-speed Wi-Fi internet and access to all your streaming channels! A stack of family-friendly board games is also provided.

4 x FULL BATHROOMS (2 primary)

SUPPLIES:

Whether you book for one day or a month, and regardless of whether you're staying alone or with the maximum number of guests allowed by the house rules, the same limited supply of kitchen, bathroom, and laundry essentials will be provided. However, these will not be replenished during your stay. We recommend bringing any additional personal or specific items you regularly use.

NEIGHBORHOOD:

The homes are nestled on a kid-friendly private street within a quiet and safe neighborhood in central Meridian. Just minutes from I-84, the location offers quick and easy access to Boise, Eagle, Nampa, Kuna, and Garden City.

Within walking distance, you'll find a Fred Meyer supermarket, Walgreens, and a variety of small restaurants and shops.

Kleiner Memorial Park is conveniently located just five minutes away, across from The Village at Meridian, the area's most popular shopping, dining, and entertainment destination. The park offers a wide selection of activities for individuals and families to enjoy.

Meanwhile, The Village features upscale apparel and specialty retail stores, as well as fine dining options like Texas de Brazil, Kona Grill, and Yard House. Designed with European-style architecture, The Village's streets surround a park setting complete with a children's play area and a choreographed fountain offering hourly shows.

Eagle Road, a high-density commercial strip, offers abundant shopping, dining, and amenities. Here, you'll find chain retailers such as Target, Bed Bath & Beyond, World Market, Lowe's, and major grocery stores like Albertsons Marketplace, Trader Joe's, and the local favorite Boise Co-op, specializing in organic and GMO-free foods.
