"So, our room was great. The hotel and the staff were very nice. The only issue we had, however, was with the valet only situation. I felt like it was very difficult to access my vehicle overnight and I didn't like that. Also, it says it's $30 a night for valet and we were only there for one night, less than 15 hours in total, and they charged me for two nights, I contacted them through their website and they have yet to respond... it's been a week. It's just a little frustrating."

"One of the nicest and most comfortable rooms I’ve ever stayed in! The bed was amazing, from the pillows to the mattress to the sheets! And the air conditioner worked beautifully!"

"Great location near Old Boise and convenient to downtown. Room has everything you need plus a good kitchenette. Very quiet while we were there. "

"The Hotel is excellent. The staff very nice. But they make a mistake and charge us the room in in the credit card again, being that we had paid the room through the Hoteis.com. We made a phone call and they found the error. But they have not sent so far the email of confirmation of the charge cancellation on the credit card as they had promised. We are still waiting."

"This was my second time staying. This trip I felt that the employees were bothered when interacting with guests. (The employee that cleaned my room did a great job though)"

"During our stay at the Grove we enjoyed many of the amenities and services that are offered including the swimming area, Trillium restaurant, and the airport shuttle. At every turn throughout our 4 night stay, the staff were professional and personable.Our room was very comfortable and clean with furnished bath robes and plush pillows. "

"The room was clean. The area around the pool was chaos with office chairs and such. Once when walking by the desk staff were talking about personal stuff using the f word. Overall this place is great and I would return. Breakfast is great and the breakfast staff were super on top of it. I only noticed the two things while I was there and I think desk staff could level up their professionalism and check on pool more frequently. "

"I was very disappointed to hear that all the recycling gets thrown in the trash. It’s misleading to people to have a recycle bin and trash bin in the room when the recycling does not occur."

"Hotel is clean and staff is friendly and welcoming. The location is great, walking distance to BSU and downtown. The gym, which is a major desire for my stay, is minimal equipment and not enough for my preference. The provided breakfast is standard, does have oatmilk as an option which is great, but I am gluten free so not a benefit to me. Overall I would stay here again. The bathroom light being tied to the main room not allowing the bathroom light to be on without disturbing your fellow room...
