Surrounded by 70 hectares of wetlands classified as a Sensitive Natural Area, this secluded house offers a privileged setting for gathering, sharing, and enjoying a unique environment.
Perfect for stays with family or friends, this cottage can accommodate up to 11 people. You'll find all the comforts you need: a large shaded terrace under a pergola, a panoramic terrace overlooking the marsh, and a relaxation area with a jacuzzi and sauna.
Depending on the season, nature activities are offered on site to discover the fauna, flora, and how this remarkable ecosystem functions.
In just a few minutes, you can visit the Chauvet Island Abbey or stroll through the typical little harbors in the area. Further on, the beaches of Saint-Jean-de-Monts and La Bernerie-en-Retz, the island of Noirmoutier and its famous Passage du Gois will invite you to explore and relax. This renovated house offers, on the ground floor, a laundry room, a living room/lounge/kitchen with a dartboard and a veranda with an exceptional view of the marsh (binoculars available for wildlife observation). A corridor leads to two first bedrooms (each equipped with a 160 cm bed), a bathroom, a toilet (access by 1 step), as well as a relaxation area. From this room, you will have access to a wellness area with shower, sauna and 4-seater spa and a second separate toilet, as well as a third bedroom (1 160 cm bed) and its annex (2 80 cm beds). Upstairs, you will find a final bedroom (1 160 cm bed) with private shower room and toilet. Outside, you'll have access to an enclosed garden with a partially shaded terrace (garden furniture, deck chairs, gas grill) as well as a second terrace upstairs from which you can observe the surrounding nature. To preserve biodiversity, the natural meadows are not accessible.

The accommodation is located on a site with meadows where cows graze part of the year. You may encounter the site manager during his wildlife or plant monitoring activities.

Heating, end-of-stay cleaning, bed linens, and towels are included.
