"The hotel is well located, close to the city center. However, guests have to pay €12 per day for parking, and there are not enough parking spaces for everyone, which feels overpriced. For a 4-star hotel, I expected better bathroom amenities. There was no shampoo or conditioner, only an all-in-one body and hair soap, which was disappointing. The pool and spa area is very good, with several pools and hot tubs. However, the hotel should consider having at least one adults-only pool or hot tub. It is difficult to relax with many children screaming around, especially when there seems to be enough space to dedicate one area to adults. During our stay, a baby even vomited in one of the pools, which made the experience even less pleasant. Breakfast offers a good variety of options, but the atmosphere was again very noisy because of children running and screaming. The restaurant seems large enough to have at least one quieter adults-only section. Overall, I would rate this hotel closer to a 3-star property than a 4-star one."
