In accordance with Colombian regulations for providers of tourist accommodation services, all guests must complete the required registration process before checking into the property.



**Guest Registration:** Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a secure link from Digitra to provide your identification details and any other information required for accommodation registration (TRA). For foreign guests, we will also collect the information necessary to fulfill reporting obligations to *Migración Colombia* (SIRE), where applicable.



This registration is required to comply with legal obligations for tourist accommodation providers in Colombia, including Law 2068 of 2020 and current regulations regarding guest registration and immigration control.



**Access to the Property:** Completing the mandatory registration is a prerequisite for receiving final check-in and access instructions.



**Electronic Invoicing:** We issue electronic invoices. If an invoice needs to be issued in the guest's name, we will use the identification details provided during the registration process, in accordance with applicable DIAN (Colombian Tax Authority) regulations.
