"The Copper Beeches is a 15 minute walk from the South Downs Way. I received a very warm welcome and my stay couldn’t have been better. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Thank you so much. "

"Superb value for money, fabulous location as only a couple of stops on the train (3 min walk to station) and we were Brighton. Parked for free on links road. We had the en suite, which was a massive room & comfy bed.
Only thing was bathroom blind needs replacing (for privacy) and shower thermostat wasn’t easy to change (went too hot) apart from that - brilliant base for exploring area/Brighton. We loved our stay thanks!"

"Stayed for IOW festival for one day and was everything needed and staff so friendly and helpful and good value for the festival weekend although very basic but that’s fine it was as expected."

"Everything was on point ..loved the clean bedding.carpet,bathroom.
The service from staff was excellent.
A lace curtain will be ideal on the window so tht one can be able to open the curtains fully"
