"stayed at the apartment for the bank holiday weekend, and had a great time 2 adults a 12 year old and 8 year old great location 10 minute walk to the hove beach, quiet street, lovely modern apartment with lots of useful items, kids games, books, tv, wifi host was superb just a lovely place to stay"

"My husband and I were travelling along the south coast of England visiting family. We stayed at Old Sefter School for two nights and were absolutely thrilled with everything about our stay. Carole and Tim were incredibly hospitable and ensured that everything was to our liking. We had everything we needed and enjoyed exploring the village and walking the beach. We highly recommend this property and would give it ten stars if it was possible! Thank you Carole and Tim for a wonderful stay!"

"The property was beautiful, spotlessly clean, decorated beautifully and lovely garden. Milk,teabags, hot chocolate and coffee sachets there waiting for us which was a nice touch. A couple of minutes walk to the beach, lovely coastal walks and great food in the nearby pub 'The Lifeboat'. The couple that owned the property were lovely and friendly. Would definitely recommend this holiday let and we hope to return."

"Property was perfect, cosy and comfortable. It has everything you need inside. The little added extras were a sweet touch ( cheese and crackers, jug of milk, bottled water). Location is superb, lots to do around the Area, nice pubs. Great communication with the owner. Didn't want to leave. I stayed with my 2 children and my dog. Would definately stay again."

"Tolle Wohnung in der wir vom Esstisch aus aufs Meer blicken konnten. Die Zimmer sind grosszügig und frisch und die Küche ist für einen Urlaub super ausgestattet. Der Vermieter hatte eine Flasche Wein und Milch als Willkommens-Gruß bereitgestellt, was wirklich sehr nett war. Und auch seine Auskünfte waren sehr freundlich, ausführlich und zutreffend. "O hotel fica muito bem localizado (próximo à estação de trem/ferry, ao Complexo de Museus da Marinha Real e também a “Spinacker Tower”). O quarto era amplo e a cama confortável. No entanto, são os pequenos detalhes que depõem contra. O quarto fornecido apresentava urina dentro do vaso sanitário. O papel de parede encontrava-se descascado e não houve a troca de toalhas e nem a limpeza do banheiro, de um dia para o outro. Isso causou uma má impressão, a despeito dos pontos positivos anteriormente apresentados"
