"We had a great stay! The house was cute, clean, and in a perfect location for what we needed. Communication was excellent from start to finish — quick, clear, and very helpful. We were also upgraded due to maintenance at our original booking, which was greatly appreciated and handled very smoothly. We experienced a minor issue with the door code upon arrival; however, the host responded quickly and resolved the problem. We particularly appreciated the proximity to a grocery store and dining options."

It also stated there was a washer and dryer, but there were no laundry facilities available anywhere on-site. Additionally, an iron and ironing board were listed but not provided, which was especially frustrating after packing a dress and having no way to remove wrinkles.
