The apartment is upstairs and has a size of about 60 sqm. The apartment has an east-facing balcony with sea views and a parking space in the garage. From the underground car park you can take the elevator to the apartment.

The modern furnished apartment offers a large living room with kitchen and dining area and a comfortable sofa bed for 2 more people. The large bedroom is furnished with a wardrobe and a comfortable double bed. In the entire apartment floor heating is installed and from the living room you can go outside to the balcony. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, a toilet and a vanity with a large mirror. A hair dryer is available. Furthermore, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker and toaster.

We also have an LCD satellite TV with radio and a DVD player for your entertainment.

Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. However, it is possible to smoke on the balcony.
