The south-facing apartment on the first floor, with mountain and partial lake views, features two spacious balconies, a large living/dining room with a wood-burning stove and open-plan kitchen, two double bedrooms, a bright bathroom with bathtub, shower, and toilet, and a separate toilet.

A washing machine and dryer are located in the basement.

On the ground floor, guests have free access to a spacious fitness room with a treadmill, cross trainer, exercise bike, and weight machine, as well as a sauna.

Bicycles can be stored in the lockable shed next to the carport, where e-bike batteries can also be recharged.

The minimum rental period is 7 days.

Arrival and departure are generally on weekends.
