"Located on a quiet street with private parking. Close to beaches and restaurants. A/C was not working well and rooms were not pre-cooled prior to arrival. Very clean and comfy basement apartment."

"Enjoyed our 1 night stay at the Seaside Holiday Resort Final Bay. The room had everything you would expect including milk and coffee. They are very clear in their communications that they don't make up beds (and charge a fee to do so), but that doesn't make it ok. It's unfortunate that this kind of cost cutting (along with extremely limited reception hours) is becoming common after Covid, and also feels unhygenic. I would be more likely to stay again if they offered full service, for this price...

"Location was great parking on site was easy just join the group for free. The unit was in close proximity to all of the Nelson bay facilities and not to far to walk down and around the Nelson Bay Dock and beachfront."

"Hi, the entire stay was lovely except that a rat or a mouse were getting into the property at night trying to reach out for food. there is a hole in the property where they can get in and out..... the animals woke me up on night 2 and 3 and i have to say that i was quite scared on my second night as i could not work out what was the noise. on night 3, the animal came 3 times at different time during the night and woke me up each time . not pleasant . Thanks "
