"This cabin shows all the signs of being well loved. Everything guests could need has been anticipated, from a tea kettle to toilet paper. Comfortable, cozy, and spotlessly clean describes the place. Our dog even loved the lion statues out front. Last winter was especially hard on our family. We had to cancel once due to health problems, and the owner graciously helped us rearrange our plans. The opportunity to enjoy some quiet time in a charming cabin was just what we needed."

"We really enjoyed our stay at the rental. From arrival at the driveway to the exit at the end of our stay. We were able to enjoy the sun on the huge deck as well as shade under the covered section. The furniture was very comfortable and made it easy to relax and sleep. The big bathroom was an added bonus. The outdoor setting was quaint and well set up. We even got to fish in the river. Hope to come back soon."

"We were visiting our older son, a ETSU graduate that decided to stay in JC. The unit was a great size. Allowed us to have a couple of family dinners and catch up. Kitchen had everything we needed. Parking is a challenge, but that is typical of any downtown location. As is encounters with homeless and others coming from clubs. We NEVER felt threatened or unsafe. Walls are thin. You can hear conversations and the television. Did not bother us at night at all. Slept great! We will happily book...

"The cabin is larger than it looks in the photos, it has everything you need. It's amazing. It is just right to spend a few days away from the noise of the city. It's a little far from the ski mountains if you go during the snow season, but it's so comfortable that the distance doesn't matter. The host was always attentive to my questions."

"When viewing the property from outside driving up, it is shocking. Looks like an abandoned cabin. That’s for tax assessment purposes. Inside is immaculate! Clean, everything you could possibly need from the kitchen to the bathroom furnished. A super place to stay. Spotlessly cleaned. Great view of the city yet close. I will always try to return. "
