'Coopernook' absolute beachfront property on Blueys Beach

Our gorgeous beachfront property is now available for family and friends to share.

Designed as two separate pavilions with a private courtyard between, the main house and the fully self-contained garden apartment sleep up to 6 guests - 3 bedrooms with queen size beds, 3 full bathrooms and two individual living areas.

At 'Coopernook' you'll find ample room to relax and unwind while you soak up the sensational views in a fabulous beachfront location. With direct private beach access, the whole property is exclusively yours to enjoy.

Passively designed to enjoy the cooling sea breezes the property has been extensively refurbished and added to over recent years. It is our cherished family holiday home designed for enjoyment – comfortable, relaxed and completely unpretentious. Please note we do not accept pets.

The Beachfront Cottage sleeps 4 guests with ocean views from every room and is designed to comfortably sleep 4 guests - perfect for small families or two couples. Both bedrooms have queen sized beds and individual bathrooms.

The spacious open plan kitchen, dining & living area with fully retractable sliding doors flows out to a large covered all weather outdoor entertaining space complete with built-in BBQ. On the beachfront you can soak up the sun, take in the views and watch the dolphins and whales from the timber deck. Both deck areas are furnished with comfortable, easy care outdoor furniture.

The Beachfront Cottage for 4 guests offers:

• Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, hotplates, integrated dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker & separate wine fridge.

The Private Apartment for 2 guests
Our unique private self-contained apartment with hill views and garden aspect features a separate bedroom with queen bed, full size bathroom, living room, kitchenette & dining area. Perfectly designed for family or friends holidaying that prefer their own private space the apartment has ample room for a portable cot.

The Private Apartment for 2 guests offers:
• Brand new self-contained apartment featuring views of the hills and our private garden and central courtyard.
• Queen size bed in separate bedroom.
• Full size walk-in bathroom.
• Separate living room with comfortable sofa and TV & WiFi.
• Fully equipped studio kitchen and dining area.

Beautiful Blueys Beach is located within Pacific Palms, a tropical enclave on the Mid North Coast of NSW. Here, alongside Boomerang Beach and Elizabeth Beach, and adjacent to Booti Booti National Park you have easy access to Smiths Lake, Myall Lakes, Wallis Lakes and the secluded fishing village of Seal Rocks.

The quiet coastal enclave of Blueys Beach has a general store, bakery, bottle shop, pharmacy, medical centre, post office and several eateries - all 5 mins walk from ‘Coopernook’. Foodworks supermarket is located at Charlotte Bay just 5 mins drive away.

For more restaurants, major supermarkets and shopping centres, dolphin and fishing tours, the thriving coastal town of Forster is a scenic 20-minute drive north from Blueys Beach.

'Coopernook' is located in a peaceful enclave amidst residential homes and as such we expect our guests to respect our neighbour's privacy and amenity as much as we do at all times.

• 'Coopernook' is a strictly a non-smoking property.
• Vaping or use of drugs is prohibited.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Parties, events or group gatherings are not permitted and will not be tolerated.
• The property only sleeps 6 guests, there is no facility for additional guests other than a portable cot.
• The Beachfront Cottage can be booked for 4 guests. Please enquire about rates with the Owner.
• The Private Apartment is not available for a separate booking.
• We welcome all feedback to make your stay as enjoyable as ours.
