The home is beautiful and the views from the back patio are some of the best we have seen in Parker. A/C works awesome on both floors. It was 114 degrees during our stay and everyone was very comfortable. The accessible "in-law suite" on the first floor was perfect for my parents to relax and get quiet time away when needed. "House is 2 houses in one which I didn’t realize when booking. We literally had an adult kitchen and a kids kitchen and living room. Everything was great. House was well equipped with pretty much everything you need. Trash take out was confusing but the agent was helpful with that at the end of our stay. House is pretty spectacular. "

"Outstanding place to stay for a week at Havasu Lake. We had a group of 10, ranging from 5 to 70 in age. Celebrated three birthdays during our stay. Parked a rented boat at the nearby marina which was only 10 minutes away. The location is next to the desert which gave us feeling of being away from the city. The place was clean and well kept. We enjoyed indoor and outdoor dining!"

We could not park our boat and truck on the property and there is NO street parking, so heads up! We were able to use the neighbors lot across the street for an additional fee to park our boat/truck. The house needs a bit of love, but the kitchen is new and nice. FYI, there is no table to eat at IN the house, so we brought the outside table inside and it worked okay. It was too hot to...

"Property was in a great location. Close to everything. Had everything we needed. We didn't use patio, dishwasher, stove/oven and washer and dryer but is nice to have all that there if needed. Owners of property were very helpful and informative. This was our second time staying there and would love to stay again in the future."

"This is a great property and great location right on the river. Check In process was seamless and the host was very responsive and attentive. The kitchen was equiped with utensils and spices, although I'd recommend a few more pans for cooking. There was plenty of towels and bathrooms stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash just in case you forget yours. Overall everything was great and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay on the water! "
