"We had the absolute best time. The house was right on the water, and it made it very easy for us to leave our boat in the slip during the course of our stay. The property was clean and well-kept, and there were enough amenities for us to either cook inside the little house or go out to eat and have a place to put the leftovers. Highly recommend this property. The view was amazing as well, and we all had such a great time"

"Quick access to the parker strip. Amazing people. Made me feel like i was at home. Super clean. The owner looks out for you and very reponsive. They helped me out with a couple good fishing spots. I brought all my stuff like i was camping. Wish i could have used the boat that was in the back. This is an amazing place to stay."

"Filthy house, wasn’t cleaned before arrival. Loft bedspreads were stained, floor had a huge stain and TV was missing. Pillows on couch were cat scratched. Fridge was dirty with sand and hair on shelves. Too close to next door neighbors, no privacy. Neighbors are loud (maybe because the homesites are just too close), Back screen door kept falling off. Not at all as described on Vrbo. The River Lodge Resort is old, outdated and not maintained. The only plus was the host answered my call...

"House is 2 houses in one which I didn’t realize when booking. We literally had an adult kitchen and a kids kitchen and living room. Everything was great. House was well equipped with pretty much everything you need. Trash take out was confusing but the agent was helpful with that at the end of our stay. House is pretty spectacular. "

"Pros: Loved the location and parking close to front door. Great view of river from the second story. Cons: The sheets were not changed from the previous users. There were long black hairs all over the inside sheets. The downstairs pullout is almost impossible to walk around while the one upstairs you cannot walk around at all you have to climb over it to get out of the second bedroom. Kitchen lacked basic provisions for cleaning. "

"Outstanding place to stay for a week at Havasu Lake. We had a group of 10, ranging from 5 to 70 in age. Celebrated three birthdays during our stay. Parked a rented boat at the nearby marina which was only 10 minutes away. The location is next to the desert which gave us feeling of being away from the city. The place was clean and well kept. We enjoyed indoor and outdoor dining!"

"This property does not disappoint! Stayed with a group of 8 and had plenty of comfortable space for all. The owners are super nice, very proactive and responsive. The home is beautiful and the views from the back patio are some of the best we have seen in Parker. A/C works awesome on both floors. It was 114 degrees during our stay and everyone was very comfortable. The accessible "in-law suite" on the first floor was perfect for my parents to relax and get quiet time away when needed. "Except for the crazy amount of bugs, both dead and alive, which couldn't be helped, it was very clean. The location is perfect for families with children to play in the water beachside. The game room is fantastic, but be aware that it is not attached to the house, its up a full flight of stairs behind the house, preventing supervision of younger members of the group. The deck is fantastic with great views and built-in baby gates at the top to prevent falls. There is a lot of seating outside...
