"Smoke detector hanging off wall.Six trips back to get entry cards that wouldn't work. Tech was called and blamed everyone for not knowing how to use cards. Finally he went and couldn't get in either. Finally found out new box of cards were made wrong. Room was then refunded."

"Room and facilities were clean. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Water in bathroom heated quickly and lighting was good for applying makeup. Many options available at breakfast and coffee in room was very good. My only complaint is that the room was very cold when I arrived and had to turn on the heat in order to get it to a reasonable temperature. Hallways were also very cold. "Hotel was nice overall. Took a long time to check-in bc the people in front of us reserved a room for the wrong night & staff took a long time getting that corrected. Also, our room (#101) was very loud bc there was a side door to the outdoors that was very loud when closed and their were lots of guests coming in & out of that loud door late night & early morning. Sounded like someone was opening & shutting our door all the time. Also hot tub was out of order."
