"Remote location with a fantastic view. Many wildlife to observe. The only thing that did not meet expectation is the noise from the main road across the valley. The cabin is still secluded and hard to see from the road when driving. The house and kitchen are stocked with a lot of things. Recommend for a getaway to enjoy God's creation."

"The most unique,cozy & relaxing cabin we have stayed in. Off the beaten path and in a very quiet secluded area! We loved watching the wildlife from the gorgeous deck, listening to the coyotes howl at night from the hot tub, and viewing the stars from the outdoor shower. Host communication was fantastic! Property was very clean and extremely well stocked. The attention to detail throughout the cabin was exceptional! If you’re looking for relaxation this is the place for you! "

"Wonderful host! Beautiful campsite! Clean Port-a-potty, with 2-ply toilet tissue! Awning over a picnic table for a nice dinner, there's a grill, fire ring, wood supplied and chairs. We camped at "Big D's Pond", one of his two camping sites. The only drawback is that there's no place to wash/clean up. "Hippie baths" All in all, you will not be disappointed!"

"Beautiful house very roomy for our large group. My family of 5 ages from 7-50 and two married couples. It worked perfectly having the 3bedrooms. Enjoyed having the kitchen to use for making meals when needed. Loved sitting in the 2 sitting areas with friends talking and laughing in the evening. We played games and cards that the rental had upstairs in the sitting area. The homes area is very private & secluded, was so quiet when at the home, Very peaceful! "Thank you for such a lovely stay. We loved the relaxing decor of the cabin. The upstairs was a nice place to read or listen to the rain which were our favorites. The kitchen had everything to make our meals and we enjoyed cooking in. We loved the location and enjoyed our outing to Paw Paw tunnel, downtown Cumberland and 1812 Brewery. Thank you for stopping by with flashlights during the short power outage during the storms. We’ll be back to visit! "

"The Yellow house was very nice the rooms we neat and clean they were supplied with a good variety of kitchen ware. Just needed some large bowls for salads or mixing up pancakes. The bathroom was large and the washer and dryer was great. The only issue was parking but we found a spot a block up from it and the neighbors were helpful getting our vehicle out of the snow.Thanks again for the home away from home."
