"Rarely do you find a hotel where the staff seems genuinely happy to be there and delighted to serve the customers. There were smiles all around and it felt like family. I'm a business traveler and I spend evenings in the room working and I like to have a nice, clean room. This one had a huge picture window and the evening sun lit up the room. I felt safe and it was easy to request a room refresh--I will definitely go back again! This is a very well-managed property so kudos to the team! :)"

I understand that construction happens, but perhaps they could have planned it a little batter so that guests were to a construction site on the first floor. Security latch on room door was missing and dead bolt would not lock. Bathroom door looked to be from a rehab and had a fist hole in the back of it.
