"I enjoyed my stay at Montfair. I loved having my own little cabin on the lake so much I extended my stay. I took time to walk the property and get out into the woods. The staff were friendly and helpful. Great property! 10+ Stars!"

"We highly recommend this vacation property. The property is a beautiful farm with bison and other farm animals. We watched bison grazing right from our unit only a few feet awsy! The caboose was tastefully decorated and immaculate. Theres also a model train track and store with bison meat and wonderful souvenirs. We really enjoyed our stay! Cheryl is a great host!"

"We really enjoyed our stay. The bed was really comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped for our needs (including a combo brew /pod coffee maker), and the view was great (straight out to Grandfather Mountain).The only down side was the ants that came in on day 2 of our stay. Management was quick to send someone to put traps in place. They helped some, but did not eliminate the problem. This is the second year in a row in early June that we have stayed on this cul-de-sac and experienced the...
