"I was unable to stay at the property... no one was on-site or around to check me in and/or provide directions. I walked around the property, rang doorbells, and called by phone, but unfortunately received no response. As a result, I arrived at my appointment in the area—the very reason I booked a stay there—without being able to shower or change my clothes. I had to find another hotel in the middle of the night... I called the front desk, the response was immediate, the gentleman that came to the room was so friendly, fun and earnestly wanted to please us as guests. He was so helpful and accommodating, it was very impressive. The person who checked us in earlier was very kind, he also went out of his way to help me without my asking for help. So the two employees that we encountered were exemplary. I highly recommend this hotel."
