"Upon arrival the check-in was very easy. We were greeted by a wonderful lady who told us about the hotel & amenities that are offered. Room was spacious & clean. Breakfast was great & got us started for our long drive. Would definitely recommend this hotel."

"Our main reason for choosing this property was it had an indoor pool. When we checked in, we were told the pool was not working and they didn’t know when it would be back in working order. This should be posted on their website. Another issue is that when I asked for a receipt at check out the young man did not seemed pleased. He was not very receptive at all to questions or acted as if he wanted to be there. My husband did appreciate the breakfast."

"The rooms and lobby were clean and relatively well-maintained. We didn't have the opportunity to use the pool or gym, but we enjoyed the breakfast each morning and the staff did a nice job keeping everything clean and stocked. The hotel was a very short drive from the main road, which has plenty of of restaurants and retail areas. I would stay here again the next time I'm in the area."

"Building and rooms dated and not well maintained. No phones in rooms. Housekeeping on request only and they don't make your bed. No buffet breakfast everyday, weekdays a la carte and in average more expensive than lunch or dinner. No refrigerator ($20 per day) nor microwave. Restaurant dinner anounced until 9pm , until you find that on Sundays it closes at 8pm (not anounced anywhere). Our bathroom had a broken acrylic window, never fixed even in requested several times. "Upon our arrival, we were warmly greeted and provided with delicious, warm chocolate cookies. Our room was spacious and quiet. The complimentary continental breakfast was adequate and it's dining area was comfortably arranged. The location was perfect, directly accessible from I-581. And the cost was reasonable."

"The room had an interesting smell. Maybe the ventilation is not very good because it rains a lot in this part of the country, I’m not sure. The staff is definitely not the friendliest, some are better than others. Breakfast is very good. The gym is OK glad they have a peloton now but a lot of times that Wi-Fi wouldn’t work and I couldn’t log onto classes so I just had to do a solo ride. "What a surprising stay! Just came in randomly while driving to mass and could not have been happier with our stay. The woman at the front desk was friendly and welcoming who worked the evening of June 2nd 2026 (can’t remember her name) and our room was spotless. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the tv had Netflix which was another bonus. Would absolutely return and highly recommend!"
