The home itself has a "Chalet" style and feel and is beautifully crafted and furnished with comfort and luxury in mind. The wood interior provides warmth and beauty and the spacious covered decks and screened-in porch allows you to enjoy your own private lake no matter the weather or the season. Literally, right in your front yard, the lake offers a place for relaxing, fishing, or just laying on a float soaking up the incredible Georgia sunshine and fresh mountain air. There is a dock with seating, a great fire pit, and a covered swing lakeside also for your enjoyment. The large luxury hot tub sits on the lower deck which is just steps from the lake. The cozy living room boasts a stunning rock gas fireplace, a large flat-screen TV and is open to the well-appointed kitchen which opens out to the spacious screened-in porch. Many meals have been enjoyed here overlooking the beautiful lake and property. Downstairs you`ll find the game room with a pool table and access to the lower deck and lake. Bringing the whole family? Don`t think you have to give up your privacy in order to get everyone together. This place also has a studio apartment available that is just as beautiful and cozy as the main house. It consists of a King Master, bath with shower, living area with a full kitchen and a dining area. So....what are you waiting for? DOGS ONLY Guests are responsible for any damages that result from pets. No pets on furniture or in hot tub. Any delays in housekeeping because of pet hair on furniture, Guests agree to pay an additional housekeeping fee of a minimum of $25 with a maximum of $250.00 . Any pet hair found in hot tub or filter will result in a minimum charge of $100. This fee is non refundable.



Water's Edge is a beautifully decorated 3 Bedroom 3 Bath cabin sleeps (6) six adults and (2) two children under the age of 12, (Main House 4 adults and 2 children under the age of 12 plus Guest House 2 adults) and offers the following:

All of our cabin rentals are fully furnished and include a minimum of the following unless otherwise stated in the listing:







Fully equipped kitchen: Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans. Linens for each bed, 2-bath towels, 1-hand towel, 1-washcloth per person listed on guest list, dresser or closet for clothing storage, central heat & air, washer/dryer, vacuum and/or broom and dustpan, mop, internet, and propane gas grill. In addition, we provide complimentary start-up supplies of Toilet Tissue (1 roll per bathroom), 1- roll paper towels, 4- kitchen garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, dishwashing liquid and laundry detergent for at least 2 loads. Many of our cabins include more than this basic list of inventory items. The only items you'll need to bring will be food, beverages, and condiments.







Required Fees include $235 Cleaning Fee, $65 Damage Protection Waiver, processing fee, guest service fee, and a 13% lodging tax
