Perched in the North Georgia mountains, Lookout Lodge is a luxurious 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath retreat that comfortably sleeps up to 13 guests. Inside, you'll find an open-concept living area with soaring floor-to-ceiling windows, two cozy gas fireplaces, plush seating, and a fully equipped chef's kitchen featuring premium appliances, a spacious island, and dining for the whole group. Two king suites offer peaceful retreats, including a stunning primary suite with a soaking tub, dedicated workspace, and incredible mountain views.



The lower level is built for entertaining with a second living room, shuffleboard, a custom wet bar, and additional sleeping spaces perfect for kids and larger groups. - We kindly ask that quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, as a courtesy to the neighbors around you.

- No pets allowed.

- No parties allowed—violations may result in immediate termination of the stay. We aim to maintain a respectful environment for our neighbors.

- Parking is available for 4 vehicles in the driveway. Please note that street parking is not allowed.

- We welcome long-term stays — please reach out to discuss availability. Note that stays of 28 days or more may incur an additional cleaning fee.

- Guests must be 21 years or older to book this property.



GUEST VERIFICATION:

To help ensure a smooth and secure stay for all guests, the primary guest listed on the reservation may be asked to complete a quick verification process within 48 hours of booking, depending on the platform used to book the reservation.



Prior to check-in, guests may also be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes agreeing to our rental terms and conditions and, on certain booking platforms, providing a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card before arrival.



Included with your booking is our damage waiver coverage, which helps protect against accidental, self-reported damage during your stay when reported prior to check-out.
