"The hosts are charming and very helpful. We felt most welcome. The stay was very comfortable, and the breakfast superb. There was evidence by way of ash and ends caught in the rail of the sliding doors of the bedroom leading out to the pool, that someone had smoked in the room which was unfortunate."
"An absolutely charming place with charming hosts. Traveling as a single woman it was very safe and convenient. Coming and going is hassle-free.
The internet and televison reception are excellent. Water in the shower nice and hot and the bed big and comfortable.

"Hi place is clean however they need to have room fragrance our room had cigarette fume, obviously our sense of cigarette smell is very active because we don't smoke, smoked person was in the room not smoking in there.
Kettle tray only has 1glass and 1 cracked and chipped mug, yet is 2people sharing
NO beverage sachets so what's the point of having the Kettle.
New linen is needed so as the towels.
No floor matts bedroom and bathroom yet it's tiles.
They can make use of the fabric softener ,...
"The Flamingo Lodge was great! Just a few minutes walk to Umhlanga Rocks beach and the famous Whale Bone pier. Surprisingly, it is really close to the Umhlanga action and restaurants, but peaceful inside. The Staff was great, they were quick to do anything that needed doing and had access or instructions for the various activities in the area. They even helped out with the 2 year. I will certainly stay again!"
