The condo was very clean and attractive. It was well furnished with excellent appliances in the kitchen. If you have mobility issues, the third floor location wouldn’t work. The parking was easy. The location with respect to the town was fabulous as it was easily walkable to shops and restaurants. The location is also very quiet. On the down side, there was no hot water available on our first morning. I know this happens but I had to wait an hour to hear back from Lisa and she suggested I call her handy man. I think I would have preferred to hear something along the lines of “I’m so sorry. Let me get a hold of my handy man and I’ll have him call you.” I called him. He was extremely nice. It was a breaker that tripped and we couldn’t access the panel. It eventually got sorted out but after calling him twice, sending a photo and video, I didn’t honestly feel that our interests were foremost. I received multiple messages during the stay saying don’t do this, don’t do that, there’s a fee to send items if you leave something behind, don’t forget checkout is at 10, etc. I didn’t receive a “how was your stay, etc.?” It felt very transactional and not personal. For some this may not be an issue. I would suggest providing clearer instructions around the heating and cooling systems. We got the mini split working but saw baseboard heaters that we couldn’t turn on. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very cold. I didn’t ask about it because I didn’t feel like dealing with it.
