Located in the heart of downtown Blowing Rock, this apartment features exposed old brick walls, king bedroom plus new queen sleeper sofa in living area, bath with skylights, full kitchen, drip coffee maker plus washer/dryer.



Walk to shopping, fine restaurants and cozy pubs, the town parks and amenities (pool, tennis court, walking paths and trails) while leaving the car parked, and then use this central location to explore the rest of the High Country.

Minimum Age: 25 years old

Check-in: 4:00 PM

Check-out: 10:00 AM

Late Check-out or Early Check-in at 1:00 PM:  Must be requested and approved 48 hours in advance. A taxable fee for approved Late Check-out and Early Check-in will be applied.

Minimum stays are required and vary throughout the year



Note:  At the current time there is a minor leak in the shower that causes the floor of the shower to stay wet.  It is not much of an issue for most guests, but fixing the leak is going to require the participation of the Town of Blowing Rock and other building occupants in shutting down the water to the building, which includes retail space.  This repair is in the process of being scheduled.



Guest Access:

Guest will have access to the entire apartment and a shared deck.



The Neighborhood:

Sunset Stroll is set in the center of downtown Blowing Rock. You are sure to find everything you desire while strolling through the charming stores and restaurants. Take a break and enjoy the picturesque park. Everything Blowing Rock has to offer is within minutes.



Getting Around:

You are allotted one parking space while staying at Sunset Stroll. The designated parking spot is in the Check in instructions and directions that you receive prior to your arrival. Make sure to check your spam folder for that email if you do not receive them in your inbox.



Other Things to Note:

There is a second apartment that shares the hallway and patio space with Sunset Stroll. It is called Park View and is also on AirBNB.



There are quite a few stairs to enter since it is above the Main Street stores. To access the apartment you must use the stairs shown in the main picture.



***All guests must be 25 years or older unless accompanied by parents.



***No parties allowed on premises.
