The Space:

This recently updated, well-maintained 2 BR/2BA Chetola Resort condominium downtown Blowing Rock has a completely remodeled master bath with a pebbled shower, nearly-white paint throughout the unit, new living area light fixtures, new curtains, and more!



This unit features a spacious carpeted living area, open to the kitchen and dining room, with a wood-burning stone fireplace and cable TV. You will also love the recently improved deck with new indoor-outdoor carpeting and comfortable patio furniture, where you can dine outside or enjoy the cool mountain air on a summer evening.



The bright kitchen is well-stocked with the basics for cooking a nice meal and has a new range and microwave/hood. The refrigerator has plenty of space to hold any groceries you plan to bring. And there is counterspace to make cooking and cleaning up a breeze!

The condo is in a quiet area, overlooking a grassy yard and trees, and within easy range of all resort amenities, providing a welcoming base for all your High Country adventures! These owners are Resort members, so their privileges extend to their guests. You will receive a card for access to the amenities upon your arrival. The amenities at the resort are as follows: Indoor resort pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness equipment (classes for a fee), tennis courts, pickleball courts, disc golf course, hiking trails, fishing in our lake, and paddle boats May 1st through October 16th. Timberlake Restaurant, the adjoining cozy neighborhood bar, and the resort Spa are nearby.  Please call the resort for availability and prices. If you don't shop too much to carry it all back, you can even walk to the Outlet Mall close by and to downtown Blowing Rock where you can enjoy charming, unique shops and great local places to eat. 



Note: Wood is not provided for the fireplace but is available in town.
