"Beautiful place. Good location. Helpful hosts. "

"The place was extremely amazing! A great location and an amazing view. I wish they would have responded to us about the water issue we had. It happened late at night and we didn’t expect an answer. But we never heard from them about the issue. We let them know around 10am the water was back up and running (about 12 hours after the water stopped working) and still got no response even after that message. "We had an amazing stay at this property. It was exactly as described, clean, cozy, right in the heart of downtown Blowing Rock. Chris was a wonderful host, very friendly and responsive. We appreciate the early check in and the complimentary beers in the fridge! We will definitely be back!"

"Beautiful view very clean great attention to detail"

"We loved our stay at the hideaway. Not far from the main road, yet we felt remote the entire time. We loved the easy access to Boone and Banner elk. It was a great spot for us to rest and recover between hikes and adventures in the woods! The decor was tastefully done, the space well utilized and the host communicated very well. We were surprised by how clean everything was! We will definitely return!"

"The location is perfect when visiting Boone. Loved being able to walk to the shops and restaurants!"

"The home was perfect. It was pristine, had a well stocked kitchen, the patio area was perfect, the view amazing and the hosts welcoming and super helpful. We will be back!!"

"We loved Alpine Ridge! The accomadtions were great, location is private without being remote, and everything worked extremely well. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware, coffee bar was fanatastic. Our kids loved the bunks beds, video games, and game room. It was an overall great experience!! Thank you for letting us stay at your charming home!"

There were screens missing from doors which made it difficult to get airflow as there is no central a/c, couldnt leave doors open without letting mosquitoes and flies in. The washer doesnt spin the water out (even after 2 spin cycles), and the dryer took almost 3 hours to dry 1 load. The place overall was beautiful! But does need a good top to bottom cleaning (walls/doors in bathrooms and by kitchen trash were dirty). Kitchen...
