"Bob was the best host! House was easy to find as well as things to do and places to eat! House was extremely spacious with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and additional sleeping option in the sunroom We had great weather with beautiful scenery and sunsets Also enjoyed seeing and visiting the animals and fishing in the pond on the property We hope to be back soon!"

"We were visiting our older son, a ETSU graduate that decided to stay in JC. The unit was a great size. Allowed us to have a couple of family dinners and catch up. Kitchen had everything we needed. Parking is a challenge, but that is typical of any downtown location. As is encounters with homeless and others coming from clubs. We NEVER felt threatened or unsafe. Walls are thin. You can hear conversations and the television. Did not bother us at night at all. Slept great! We will happily book...

"We really enjoyed our stay at the rental. From arrival at the driveway to the exit at the end of our stay. We were able to enjoy the sun on the huge deck as well as shade under the covered section. The furniture was very comfortable and made it easy to relax and sleep. The big bathroom was an added bonus. The outdoor setting was quaint and well set up. We even got to fish in the river. Hope to come back soon."

"The cabin was equipped very well for cooking meals of any size. We enjoyed our thanksgiving meal and then some. The cabin was family friendly. We loved the views and just how comfortable and homey the feeling was. When we left we actually felt the deer saying goodbye to us all. Going to make this a yearly tradition. "Check in awesome. Adorable, clean, secluded cabin within minutes of activities and supplies.. Several mentions of road noise in reviews. Property owners have done all they can do about this issue. A natural stand of bamboo surrounds the property. Any privacy fencing would feel like a prison. I feel the price reflects the inconvenience. Well stocked."
