It was not advertised that this was on private property right next to the house until check in time. "My family really enjoyed our stay at this property. The home is LARGE so there was plenty of room to spread out. The location is perfect if you are visiting Ball State and not too far away from the restaurants and stores. We came for graduation weekend and were happy to come back to a comfortable place after a long day of celebrating. "The house was clean, nicely remodeled and had everything we needed. It was also a great location and near everything we wanted to be. They had fun games, an awesome back yard and covered parking. Highly recommend!"

"What a cute little apartment that fit my needs of my trip. The whole place was so clean and updated. Bed was so comfortable. Was so relaxing late evenings with fireplace on watching a movie with a glass of wine. My brother’s girlfriend commented how nice and wide the steps were up to the quaint little patio. Getting I was a breeze. The host was very accommodating and checking to make sure I had everything I needed. The only negative thing I could say was bed pillow was too hard for me but I...

"We had a wonderful stay here! "

"We loved this condo. It’s very cool looking, beautifully decorated. Everything felt upscale and well done. Kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials. We loved the outside area. Only downside was actually finding the unit and the key lock box, but the host was easy to contact and talked us through it quickly. We would definitely stay here again. "

"Ck in had some snags due to equipment bugs. However once in contact with host it was handled quickly and very professionally. We enjoyed this rental and will stay here again when visiting family. Michelle is a superhost and very congenial. "
