"The lobby is spacious and comfortable with nice visual appeal with the fountain. The rooms are spacious and bedding is comfortable. The rooms that overlook the pool area are an extra bonus with the balcony that offers additional space and a tropical vibe. We stayed with a group of other families and the atrium next to the pool was a great gathering space to share a meal and spend time together. Security was especially friendly and good natured with our young teens while still setting appropriate...

"Sonny was great!"

"The room was nice, clean and quiet. The large cabinet to hold enough clothes, iron and iron stand were provided. A nice desk was placed right beside TV. You can focus while you are at the desk. Bed was comfortable. Free coffee, tea and hot chocolate throughout the day at the breakfast room. Breakfast provided nice sets of hot and cold plates with variety of drink options. It was great place to stay for the rest. Thank you."

"Great find. Clean rooms, nice beds, kitchen, full-size refrigerator. The worst thing I can say is there is no sign outside the hotel (just on the street and you have to be looking for it). It was convenient for downtown activities and seeing family in Clarence. Stores down the street."

We waited an hour & 20 minutes in the lobby for our vehicle ... kept checking with front desk and they kept telling me it was on the way. 6 other vehicles showed up in front who requested after us. I had to threaten to call the cops and they miraculously found my keys. "
