Carol, Thank you for your review, I do see that there is some confusion that we will work to adjust. Holiday Inn Express and Holiday Inns are two different types in the IHG brand and our breakfast during the week is a complementary grab-and-go style, during the weekends we have a buffet style for 9.99 per our brand standards. We will get with our front desk to make sure they are better explaining that.

Hello Beverly, Standard Holiday Inns do not offer complimentary breakfast as per brand standards. We are working on some updates that does have our restaurant closed at this time so we have a complimentary grab and go breakfast out in the morning until that is opened back up. Hi Mircea, I'm sorry to hear that you had some difficulties that front desk would have been happy to assist with. There is a very popular path on the backside of the property that takes you right to Memorial Stadium that is frequently used by parents during graduation. Some parts of IU campus are a bit deeper into the city so we would suggest not going on foot for those. We look forward to seeing you on your next visit to Bloomington.

Snow removal companies will not start full removal on parking lots until the snow is finished, however our maintenance was out there shoveling by hand to make sure that the sidewalks didn't pile up to much. We will be sure that the heater is checked on in the room as it is our goal to make sure that all guests are comfortable and have a nice stay. We hope to see you on your next trip to Bloomington!
