This historic farmhome was built in 1910 & is on 2.6 acres of clear land, surrounded by rolling hills of agriculture. Formerly a blueberry farm & winery, it is located in the quiet countryside. It’s not uncommon to hear a rooster crow or a cow mooing. You may observe active farming in the adjacent fields, tractors plowing, & harvesting of crops during certain seasons.

The evening sunset viewed from the posterior of the property is breathtaking, falling behind the silo & nearby barn. The night sky is filled with bright stars that are purely visible. The front porch swings are perfect for peaceful indulgence of coffee or a great book. The back screened-in porch can be utilized for socializing over a meal or cocktail, or playing a board game.
