"For the price of this hotel, I would recommend going elsewhere. Apparently they are in the midst of new management and it shows. Pros: Excellent location. You can walk to the ferry. There is a small beach right on the property, which is nice. Great water views from the small bar/ restaurant. Cons: The rooms are TINY. There is no where to stand as bed takes up rhe whole room. Tiny bathroom. The staff is not helpful. Our room had no air conditioning and no one seemed to care. The manager...
"At $600 a night can't you buy new pillows- absolutely flat- very old- all of them. I was in room 8, they a floor standing Airconditoner with a hose fitted to the window. Two choices on or off/ on it's too loud to sleep- off it's too hot to sleep. Great location, well maintained, Staff was very nice, enjoyed breakfast and the view."
"My stay here was very terrible. The room was the tiniest room I ever stayed at for $536. The security was very rude. We were not allowed to sit in the lounge area. We didn’t get any help from housekeeping and we were treated very rudely, I will never stay here again or recommend for anyone to stay here"
"We loved our room it was perfect and the balcony was great too ! Also the price was an excellent deal and steps from the ferry. There was no coffee which was a disappointment but we got some next door so it was fine! I would definitely stay again! Also I liked that we could stay one night instead of the two night minimum!!"
