"The house was just what we needed for a short weekend stay. Our family of six had plenty of room to watch tv and hang out for the limited time we were there. A few more throw blankets would have been great for the couch. The bathroom was small but served its purpose. Everything was clean. It was obviously used as a rental as the furniture in the living room and kitchen were worn, but nothing that detracted from our stay. The bedrooms were comfortable and all of us slept well. "This home is a wonderful location for a visit to Narrangansett and activities nearby, including easily walkable to the beach! The house was very clean, had comfortable beds, and was very spacious. Big deck to relax and quiet neighborhood, 5 minute drive to ocean and beer shops: restaurants. Benjamin was a gracious host. Perfect for families."

"We visited as a family of 6 (2 kids, 2 grandparents, 2 parents). The house has been tastefully renovated and was comfortably furnished. The kitchen had what we needed for making breakfasts and lunches (we went out for dinners). The house is cozy but plenty of space for the group we had.
